Helping You Find and Create

I began my real estate career in 2000, combining my own love of creating "home" with helping others like you do the same. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I taught elementary school and was a Licensed Massage Practitioner, and I've found that a focus on service and relationships is a common denominator in whatever work I've chosen. Although I've lived and worked in a variety of Seattle neighborhoods since moving here in 1987, for me the combination of small-town vibe and big-city proximity found in West Seattle feels most like home. I look forward to helping you find and create home, too--whether that's the exciting search for your first home, selling your current home to pursue your next dream, or visualizing what's possible where you live now.

Combining Business and Philanthropy

As an experienced agent, I take time to stay current on the local market, and I'm constantly strengthening my skills through continuing education. Operating with honesty and integrity are important values to me, and I always do my best to help my clients make the decisions that are best for them. I am proud to be part of Windermere because of the company's commitment to these same values and because of Windermere's focus on teamwork and on making positive contributions to the communities that we are part of. In addition, I am a member of the CoHo Team of Windermere Agents. We are a team of agents who have chosen to incorporate philanthropy into our business model. Each year we donate many hours of volunteer time and about 1/3 of our net commissions to non-profit agencies working in the areas of Community Development ("Co") and Affordable Housing ("Ho") You can learn more about our work at

Life Beyond Real Estate

Although I love my work, I also take time to play, and I enjoy the variety of outdoor activities that our mild climate allows year-round. From Spring until Fall, you'll often find me out on my bicycle with friends or on Cascade Bicycle Club rides. You also might see me running on Alki with the West Seattle Running Club or participating in a half-marathon. Or you might find me dragonboating on Lake Union with the Seattle Flying Dragons. In addition, I'm an avid gardener, and I enjoy cooking, reading, hiking, and spending time with my partner, as well as with our golden retriever, Rosie, and our two cats, Mango and Smudge.

What My Clients Have to Say

For most people, buying or selling a house is more than just a business transaction; it is a very personal experience and can be a very intense process. Working with a realtor that you feel comfortable with and who you feel understands your needs can make all the difference. Here are a few comments from my past clients: "You are a dream real estate agent and made our dream come true. Thank you for your professionalism, thoroughness, eagerness, thoughtfulness, and making us feel like your only clients!" "I truly appreciate Jessica's personal touch in selling my home. It was an emotional and important financial transaction for me, and I truly needed someone with both qualities." "Jessica is awesome. She is organized, generous, on-top-of-it, and she truly cares about the customer's personal happiness."
